我之前上传的那个是exe文件，对大家都没什么用的，今天我把源码传上来了，所以站长请不要删了这个，这个才是有意义的，这是个最基础的图像处理，20分中内就可以开发完毕。这是一个简易版的图像处理程序,主要用c#开发的,功能很是简单,有几个滤镜功能,文件的打开和保存,透明度的调整,一个简易的画板,和自己开发的一个显示当前进度的一个label控件实现的进度百分比,效果都还不错。
