设计目的：对PC机的8250串行通讯接口(COM1、COM2)进行接口编程，通过使用RS232标准的串行通信线实现两机间的串行通信
基本是求：实现两机间远程键盘（字符即时传送）功能和普通文本的复制（文本传送）功能
