（7），判断有无变值系差。判断是可用马利科夫准则或阿卑—赫梅特准则。

（8），求出算术平均值的标准偏差 ：



必须注意，如前面计算中曾出现坏值，则这里的 应为剔除后重新计算出的标准偏差。

（9），求算术平均值的不确定度
