In this paper, a new kind of closed - based emitter localization algorithm is proposed, which overcomes this bias, and USES the auxiliary variable of the position estimation. Through computer simulation, the performance of the new algorithm is better than that of pseudo-linear estimator, and it has the same performance as the maximum likelihood emitter with higher computational cost.)
