*功能介绍：本软件为聊天室软件。可对用户ip进行管理，非数据库已有ip客户端用户登录后，服务器端将显示对话框以确定是否接受新用户的ip地 址，如接受，自动将新用户ip加入服务器所在机的数据库，非初次登录用户无须验证。可对用户ip进行添加删除管理。(数据库自动添加到本机数据源）
*运行环境：windows2000/xp
*配置文件：（release 生成，在服务器运行机上配置数据源“用户管理”（access数据驱动））；（已附带access数据库\"用户管理.mdb\",内含表 ”manage“只有唯一字段IpAddress(以之记录和限制登录用户的ip地址）)
*使用说明：
运行NetWork以获得本机的ip地址
先运行chatsvr（在一台机器上运行即可）
再运行chatclient
ip地址用服务器运行机的ip
端口号 1234（以服务器设置的为准）；
enter键发送消息
alt+q退出
注：如知本机真实ip可远程运行，如用公司局域网ip则只能在局域网内使用。
