外汇宝移动客户端
该系统主要帮助外汇用户实现以下功能场景：
1、 用户打开手机运行软件就能看到最实施的外汇数据（外汇数据来源于外汇管理局的真实数
据，利用WebService实现数据的提取）并在界面中呈现。
2、 如果用户认为某个货币兑换点是兑换关键数值的（例如：当人民币兑美元6.5:1)的时候，
需要通过手机通知栏通知用户。
3、 当用户退出系统的时候，实现外汇信息的动态保存（注意:每天只保存一次）。
4、 用户同时可以选择自己关注的货币实施刷新。
5、 系统利用菜单为用户提供便捷的快捷实用方式。
