哈夫曼编码
(1) 建立Huffman Tree，也就是建立codebook，找到所有ascii对应的codeword表示方法。
(2) Huffman Encode，将DaVinciCode.txt 整个文本进行编码，储存成一个压缩档，并且使用bitstream来存入。
程序执行方法 : encoder.exe DavinciCode.txt codebook compressed_file-Huffman coding (1) the establishment of Huffman Tree, which is the establishment of codebook, find all the ascii representation corresponding codeword. (2) Huffman Encode, will DaVinciCode.txt entire text is encoded into a compressed file storage and uses bitstream to deposit.
