一、较之原先的随缘新闻管理系统2.0版,新2.1版本对原系统的布局进行了优化，采用xhtml1.0符合W3C标准，
二、应广大网友的要求首页新增了图片新闻幻灯显示栏目，同时后台也增加了相应的新闻导图上传功能。
三、新增将复制的新闻中远程图片自动保存到本地的功能。
