本插件为免费插件，但发送短信是收费的，本插件基于网信通企业800服务制作，您可以换成任何短信服务商的API接口。

使用方法：

1.拷贝SMS800文件夹到您的网站根目录

2.打开send.php或send.asp文件，修改你在网信通网站的APIKEY和接收短信的手机号码

3.打开sms800.html，可以设置皮肤，默认有4种皮肤可以替换：

4.打开sms.js，查找xmlhttp.open，短信默认使用send.php发送，如果你的空间不支持可以改成send.asp
