摘 要：文章针对多数高校目前已有教务信息系统无Android开发接口，开发了一种基于Android的教务信息管理系统采用，Android操作系统的多线程技术和开源的SAX解析器与Jsoup解析类库保证了客户端的流畅性和友好性，结合本地的轻量级数据库功能，该移动客户端可以很好地满足日常学生对教务来管理信息获取的需求，经过测试，各项功能都可以实现，并且具有良好的可扩展性。-Abstract: For most universities there are no academic information system Android development interface, developed an Android-based information management system using the Senate, Android operating system, multi-threading technology and open source SAX parser and parse library ensures Jsoup client smoothness and friendliness, combined with lightweight local　functionality, the mobile client can satisfy the daily student Senate to manage access to information requirements, tested the function can be achieved, and with good scalability.
