齿轮传动是现代机器和仪器中最重要的传动系统之一。随着FEA(Finite Element Analysis)分析技术蓬勃发展,人们已经开始广泛采用计算机有限元仿真分析的方法校核齿轮强度。但由于齿轮造型及其滚动模拟分析过程太复杂,在ANSYS中直接建模繁琐费时,极大的影响了齿轮有限元分析的推广。为此,本文应用Visual C++ 开发工具将参数化技术和有限元技术融为一体,建立了一个专用的渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮高效分析平台。-Gear is modern machinery and equipment in the most important drive system. However, due to the gear rolling simulation modeling and analysis process is too complex, cumbersome and time-consuming direct modeling in ANSYS greatly influenced the promotion of gear finite element analysis. In this paper, Visual C++ application development tools will parametric technology and finite element technology integration, the establishment of a dedicated involute spur gear efficiency analysis platform.
