Direct memory access (DMA) is used to provide peripherals and memory or between a high-speed data transfer between memory and storage. Without CPU intervention, data can be moved quickly by DMA, which saves CPU resources for other operations. Two 12-channel DMA controller (DMA1 7 channels, DMA2 has 5 channels), devoted to the management of each channel one or more peripheral to memory access request. There is one arbitrator to coordinate all DMA requests priority.
