The PCF8574 uses the Philips I2C 2-wire protocol and provides eight I/O channels per device.
Eight such devices may be cascaded by setting the A2, A1 and A0 leads to uniquely identify each
device. In addition, up to eight PCF8574A devices may be controlled on the same 2-wire interface
providing for 128 I/O channels.
