这是一个倒计时，单位是100ms，格式为 剩余01时57分10.9秒。



在倒计时的容器div中传入属性设置起始时间和结束时间。写在html中是为了方便后台将时间数据传进来。

其中endHour, beginHour, beginMin, beginSec是必选的，其他参数是可选的。若年月日没有显示设置，则默认取客户端当前的年月日，而时分秒没有设置则默认为0。“月”是从0开始算的，即endMth=0表示结束月是1月份。
