功能：
文件操作:
打开文件、保存文件。
打开文件是将CT图像转化为Bitmap，并导入到软件中显示出来。
保存文件是将Bitmap图像及用户操作同时保存下来.
视图布局:
布局随滚轮自适应窗口。
图像处理:
调窗功能可以让用户随意改变图像的窗宽窗位。
放缩、移动、旋转功能可以放大缩小、移动、旋转图像。
局部放大则应用的是放大镜功能，可以在一正方形区域内将该区域进行放大。
选定剪切则可以用户自行划定范围，并保存此范围的图像。
测量标记:
任意在图像上画直线、椭圆、矩形，并且会有数据显示，
如椭圆和矩形标记的是矩形长宽和椭圆长短轴，直线标记
的直线的长度。
