本系统为模拟电信计费管理系统。采用Tomcat做Web应用系统,运用了SSH框架，利用MVC设计模式。模型层：主要负责业务的处理逻辑实现与数据库的交互等，是该系统的主要计算单元。控制层：主要负责系统的访问控制、协调模型和视图间的关系，是系统的核 心控制单元。视图层：主要用来实现表示逻辑，实现与用户动态的交互。
主要实现了该系统的登陆注册，角色管理，资费管理，账务账号及业务账号模块。这几个模块主要采用如下技术，基于Ajax异步请求技术实现表单验证，JDBC与Hibernate技术实现与数据库的交互，在角色管理模块还用到了XML对权限进行管理。-The system for the simulation of telecommunications billing management system.
