摘 要 针对实现液罐的监测与控制系统,采用下位机:以C52单片机为核心,控制HC-SR04超声波测距模块和DS18B20分别对液面高度和液罐中温度进行测量。上位机:在PC机中通过LabVIEW进行编程,其主要功能为:数字时钟、液罐液位的模拟、波形图、液位超限的报警功能、液位控制的自动和手动模式、以及对数据进行存储。单片机对液位和温度的数据进行采集后,LabVIEW可选择性的使其在面板中进行显示,同时还可发送指令给单片机控制进水阀和出水阀的开闭,也可通过自动模式对液位进行控制。相比于传统控制系统,效率更高,且界面友好,方便工作人员管理。-With the aim of complementing the monitoring and control system of the tank,the lower machine: Control the HC-SR04 ultrasonic ranging module and DS18B20 by means of the C52 microcontroller as the core, and measure the liquid level and temperature of the fluid tank respectively. Its main function: digital clock, simulation of level of the fluid tank, waveform, the alarm function of the level gauge, automatic and manual mode of controlling the level and data storage. After collecting the data of the level and temperature by single-chip, LabVIEW can choose which display in the panel. At the same time, send commands to the microcontroller to control opening or closing of the Inlet valve and outlet valve, and also can choose the automatic mode to control the liquid level. Compared to the traditional control system, it is more efficient and user-friendly, meanwhile, facilitates the management of staff.
