本文设计了一种基于单片机控制的酒精气体报警器，系统主要由传感器及调理电路、单片机最小系统、A/D转换部分、LED显示部分组成，主要使用了MQ3酒精传感器、A/D转换器ADC0804、LED数码管和蜂鸣器等。该系统利用单片机中I/O接口，充分利用了CPU的资源空间，简化了测量电路以及程序调试的复杂过程。先采集传感器输出的模拟信号，再由ADC0804将模拟量转化成数字量，并用单片机处理数据，最终显示测量的酒精浓度。主要解决方案是将采集到的模拟信号转换成数字信号，再由酒精浓度和电压的转换关系将酒精浓度显示出来。优点是能直观的将酒精浓度显示出来，可以通过键盘设置不同酒精浓度的阀值并在超限时发出警报。-This paper introduces a design based on the single chip microcomputer control of alcohol gas alarm, system consists of sensors and signal conditioning circuit, MCU minimum system, A/D conversion part, LED display part, the main use of the MQ3 alcohol sensor, A/D converter, ADC0804, LED digital tube and a buzzer.The system uses MCU I/O interface, make full use of the resource of CPU space, simplifies the measuring circuit and debugging complex process.The first collection sensor output analog signal, and then the ADC0804 analog into digital quantity, MCU and process data, display measurement of alcohol concentration.The main solution is the acquisition of analog signals into digital signals, then by the alcohol concentration and voltage conversion relationship between the alcohol concentration is displayed.Advantages of direct alcohol concentration display, keyboard can set different alcohol concentration threshold and transfinite alert.
