本程序可以通过串口调试工具发送一个八位十六进制的数据（其中前面六位为初始数据地址，后面两位为数据长度）
然后读取出AM29F040B相应初始地址之后的数据长度的数据
经测试数据正确有效-The program can send through a serial port debugging tool eight-digit hexadecimal data (where the first six of the initial data address, the data behind the length of two) and then read out the AM29F040B corresponding length of the data after the initial address of the data by correct and effective test data
然后读取出AM29F040B相应初始地址之后的数据长度的数据
