根据大学教师课程管理的相关需要，特此建立学校教师课程管理系统，旨在加强学校教师课程资料归纳收集，切实满足相关管理需要，便于教务处查阅咨询，达成数字化管理的目标。
1.首先利用该系统维护教师及其课程的基本信息，如教师姓名、教师年龄，所上课数，基本课酬，课程课时等，并能进行相关的查阅，修改和删除。
2.其次进行分类处理，对不同的课程类型，给出不同的计算方法，将课程和相对应的授课教师绑定，便于“一次性”管理。
3.再次我们没有对不同课程进行派生，使课程类更加简洁。用数字来代替类别，方便输入。
