程序是一个基于arcgis开发的遥感影像处理系统，保留了arcgis强大的功能，能对遥感影像进行图像直方图显示，直方图均衡化；图像平滑； 图像增强（线性变换）；影像配准及几何纠正；影像裁剪；
程序的主界面采用了arcgis框架，可以很方便的打开显示arcgis所支持的格式文件（如：.mxd，.lyr等），同时可以显示数据的结构图和属性列表。在状态栏还可以显示当前比例尺和鼠标对应点的坐标。之后的影像处理部分设计到图像操作，是本程序的重点部分。-Arcgis development program is based on remote sensing image processing system, retains arcgis powerful, remote sensing images can display an image histogram, histogram equalization image smoothing image enhancement (linear transformation) image registration and geometric correct image cropping program' s main interface, based on arcgis fr a mework, can easily open the show arcgis supported format (such as:. mxd,. lyr, etc.), and can display data structure diagram and list of attributes. In the status bar also displays the current scale and the coordinates of the mouse the corresponding point. After the image processing part of the design to image manipulation, is the key part of this program.
