本人毕业设计--低剂量ct图像中肺间裂的提取。源码包括两方面内容:肺间裂的增强,肺间裂的提取。其中my_enhancement.m是增强部分的执行文件,my_rw_test.m为提取部分的执行文件,其余文件为函数文件。增强部分的试用图片为dcm文件,没有交互过程;提取部分的交互需要先验知识和种子点的选取。-pulmonary fissure extraction and its improvement by matlab 7.0. This is my graduation project.
