网络存储是最近在网上开始流行的一种存储工具，即用户可以将文件数据存储在网络上的某个服务器上，这样用户只要在有网络的地方均可以访问自己的文件数据，省却携带存储工具的麻烦。同时网络存储允许用户对文件、目录进行管理，也可以压缩文件以节省空间。实现网络存储主要涉及几个技术要点：访问服务器文件系统，文件上载、下载，服务器端操作，交互界面以及权限管理。该系统采用Access数据库，数据库位置在/db目录下，数据库名称为“New.mdb”。
