系统主要分为三部分：表单自定义，日志录入，报表生成。

1、表单自定义部分：就是前台，有登陆界面，主要功能：总结今天的工作情况、计划明天的工作、工作中存在的问题（都要有个输入框）。要求通过维护的方式加载相应的控件

2、日志录入部分：就是数据库方面，设计数据库，连接前台（比如员工信息表《行政级别不同》，工作日志表《总结、计划、问题》，部门信息表）

3、报表生成：也是一个界面，可以按照不同的要求呈现不同的报表--就是提取数据库中数据呈现成网页形式。按周期（年、周、月、天）来生成报表，按部门不同（上下级，注意权限管理）来生成报表，按填写的内容（总结、计划、问题）生成报表。应该是做的像按几个按钮之类的，就可以跳出个报表（excel形式啊，或者直接呈现在网页上《最好还是直接呈现在网页上，有网格框下》）

另外，这个系统有权限的不同哈，比如同级的人只能看自己的，而且被上级审批（审批的时间可以思考下）之后就不能修改了。-The system consists of three parts: a custom form, the log entry, report generation.
