由于目前许多大中型企业手工化管理会议室，各楼层的会议室空闲／预定情况不能及时得知。为了进一步规范会议室的使用/预定管理，避免资源的冲突。自主研发的基于B/S结构的会议室管理系统,用户只需要通过互联网即可随时了解每个会议室的当前状态和预定情况，提高了会议室的使用率，节省会议组织者的时间。
系统默认使用MSSQL2005数据库，使用admin和123456登陆
V4.1SP2更新列表：
1)增加了类似MSN的会议提醒功能
2)修改了报表显示，使用了微软的Chart空间
3)增加了日历显示的模式
4)修正了V4.1SP1推出时，出现错误的问题
5)修正了V4.1里后台单击统计时出现错误的问-Hand due to the current management of many large and medium enterprises conference rooms, meeting rooms on each floor free/booking situation can not be learned in time. In order to further standardize the use of conference room/reservation management, to avoid resource conflicts. Based on independent research and development B/S structure of the meeting room management system, the user only needs to know at any time via the Internet to the current state of each room and booking conditions to improve the utilization of meeting rooms, conference organizers save time.
