二、能够对生产任务的每一件衣坯实现即时跟踪，及时显示出每件衣坯流转到哪道工序以及生产人（监控生产进度）。
三、一包衣坯在流转中出现其中一件有质量问题时，可以拆包流转而不必重新打印流转单（加快衣坯流转速度）。
四、可以随时核算机工的原料消耗量，（在更大程度上降低原料的消耗）。
五、取代几乎所有的手工记帐和各种生产报表，（减少统计人员工作量提高了效率）。
六、小号和流转票电脑打印（避免人工书写错误）。
七、系统在数据的录入方面，采用电脑从电子秤自动取重的方式，从而解决了手工录入重量，容易出错误的问题。生产数据的录入则全部采用条形码来完成。（更方便更准确）。
八、自动生成编织、缝合、挑撞、洗水、成检、包装生产日报和月报表
九、包装装箱扫描可以识别客户提供的条形码，并对装箱明细进行核对。
