《Z源逆变器光伏并网系统模型及电路参数设计》
摘要:建立了Z 源逆变器光伏并网系统的小信号模型,定量分析了光伏模块输出电压动态性能与主电路各参数间的
关系。光伏模块输出电压的最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)控制与系统采样平均周期关系密切,而采样平均周期又受主电路
无源元件参数大小的影响。定量分析小信号模型建立了各部分之间的传递函数,这对选择MPPT 控制采样平均周期
和主电路参数优化设计起到了关键性指导作用。实验证明了理论分析的正确性和该模型的实用性。

Abstract:This paper focus on the small-signal modeling of the Z-source inverter (ZSI) photovoltaic generation system and
its main circuit design.The small-signal modeling of ZSI photovoltaic generation system is set up,and the transfer functions
of the input voltage-to-shoot-through duty cycle and capacitor voltage-to-control are analyzed.The sample average period
plays an important role in photovoltaic generation maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control,while it is influenced by
main circuit parameters including input capacitor,Z-source network capacitors and inductors.Thus,the quantitative
analysis in those parameters is the design guideline for the main circuit and sample average period.The experiment carried
on prototype
