WinDjView,djvu 格式电子文档阅读软件。没什么好说的，我只是翻译了一下，本来重新写个dll资源也可以完成程序的翻译，但是我觉得拿着到处走不方便，于是费了点功夫把整个exe翻译了。已经将所有菜单和对话框翻译成了简体中文，但是还有工具栏提示等少数地方没有翻译。
