一款CPU使用率检测控件源码，附上了控件使用实例，CPU利用率接口声明了三个接口涵数：
IsShellSystemType()用来检测系统版本
CpuUsage2000()来完成NT/2000下CPU利用率
CpuUsage9x()来完成9x下CPU利用率
并提供了一个以渐变色显示进度条的组件类，你也可以使用在你自己的VC++软件中，控件实例运行如图示。
