近，总是有人问我要串口通讯源代码，为了方便大家，我将我写的WIN32API串口通讯程序发上来，供大家下载使用（这个是我在广西的一个项目的一个源代码，其中涉及到公司的串口外围设备，我没有给出通讯规则，可能大家看程序时有很多不便请谅解）。
