2 design requirements
1. The development of online banking sites need to adhere to the following decision:
1) The site will be available in a central database to maintain its data.
2) the need to strengthen the security of the site to prevent unauthorized access.
3) Web site home page will be displayed on a news scroll bar to the user to update any of the new program or change the information of existing programs.
