VB直接调用OUTLOOK EXPRESS的方法(可以多个附件)，不需要安装OFFICE。

最近做了一个项目，是老外用的。要求直接调用OUTLOOK EXPRESS，而许多老外机器都不安装OFFICE的OUTLOOK，他们习惯了OE，但发现MAILTO：不能带附件（满世界都找不到MAILTO能成功带附件的方法！）。而MAPI只能显示一个很小的图标，于是自己做了一个，可以带N个附件，附件类型不限，而创建的OE 信件，直接可以差掉，不会提示是否修改，但如果你修改了后再差的话，就会提示是否保存，非常人性化！
