AVS转码器源代码。代码包括优化的AVS的编码，音频转码和多线程转码。对于视频部分，转码器对GOP顺序进行解码和编码过程。对于音频部分，转码器先提取音频信息，然后编码成MP3格式-This is a video transcoder project based on AVS.
The source codes include an optimized implementation of AVS encoding, an audio transcoder and a multi-thread implementation of transcoding. For the video part, the transcoder sequentially implements automatic decoding and encoding processes for each group of pictures(GOP). For the audio part, the transcoder first extracts the audio from original media file, and then it encodes the audio data with MP3 format.
