这个程序之所以称之为监视狗，就是因为，它可以监视你指定的应用程序的执行情况。该程序作为一个系统服务，会在系统启动的时候自动运行，然后负责，启动已经配置好的执行程序。如果被执行的程序在中途被关闭或者运行不正确，监视狗会自动开启另外一个同样的应用程序。-The reason why this procedure referred to as surveillance dog, that is, because it can monitor the application you specify the implementation.
