电梯模拟器设计
- 在本实验中,电梯模拟器外部结构图如下图所示,共有4层,分别编号为1,2,3,4。采用电机驱动电梯箱体的上升与下降等操作,当电机正向旋转的时候,电梯保持上升状态,当电机反向旋转的时候,电梯保持下降状态,而当电机停止转动时,电梯也保持静止状态。由于电机不具备自锁功能,即在一定的确定电压下保持静止状态,因此要在物理上采用某种措施保证电机上述功能的顺利实现。经查阅相关的资料,我们发现可以利用蜗杆涡轮传动系统来实现,见下图,这就是利用阿基米德蜗杆
