圆球端柱形金属膜片贮箱的屈曲分析
- 文中涉及的球端柱形金属膜片贮箱,其制造材料不是常用的易变形的橡胶,而是与推进剂具有很好相容性的铝膜片,膜片属于金属薄壳构件。在使用ABAQUS对其变形过程进行数值模拟时,应选用与实际构件变形特征相符的单元进行仿真。计算中采用了Riks法,先对完善(无缺陷)结构进行分析,在收敛上却遇到了困难。因而应在完善结构中加入初始几何缺陷,这里采用了添加自定义缺陷的方法,最后成功解决收敛性问题,并得到一定缺陷条件下的屈曲临界载荷值。
