实现功能：1.用Python开发，Tkinter构建界面；2.可自动列出所有串口，并自定义参数，选择串口后自动打开；3.实现无延时接收消息；4.可保存接收的数据；7.支持自动适应分辨率；8.支持单独发送和定时发送；9.支持发送新行和HEX发送；10.支持发送文件，并可自定义发送频率；11.支持小窗口显示接收信息，但与主窗口不同时显示
