用的是estimation加权最小二乘法状态估计法, 主要思想：
1、建立一个生成zdatas.m的函数，函数中先调用潮流计算；
2、电压幅值结果在潮流结果的bus变量中；节点注入功率量测取PQ节点负荷值的相反数；传输功量测取branch中的传输功率值。
3、对上一步提到的量测值随机添加白噪声；
4、视算例所要分析的问题，确实是否设置坏数据，若是，则设置；
5、将添加白噪声和坏数据后的量测输出到zdatas.m文件中。(The main idea is to use the estimation weighted least square method state estimation method.
