说明：设计一个模拟的多用户多级目录的文件系统，并提供基本命令来模拟这个文件系统的文件操作。用一个文件来模拟用户表，用来记录当前系统中的用户，每一个用户有一张自己的用户目录表，用来记录自己账户下的目录情况，目录表也是用形式保存在硬盘中。用户分普通用户，管理员，超级管理员三种，各用户只可以在自己目录下操作文件，超级管理员可以为新用户分配用户目录，可以设置用户的权限，而管理员只可以为新用户分配用户目录，普通用户则只能在自己的目录下进行文件操作。
