[串口编程] TComm

说明：个人早期编写的支持wavecom modem的串口短信控件，当控件属性islocal设置为false时，控件将主动对wavecom的AT命令进行相应，并提取短信内容及收取电话号码进行回调。短信方式实现了收发异步。
