说明：RCC串口通讯协议设计思想是基于帧传输方式，即在向MODEM(RS232)发送数据时是一帧一帧地发送，对于应用程序来讲，应用程序所发送的和所接收的都是流式数据，即如果应用程序需要进行上层的协议解释的话，它将面对这些流数据的重新拼装。为保证可靠的传输，在RCC进行数据传输时，采用发送/应答/握手/失败方式，即发送一帧数据，一个应答，若应答没收到，重新进行协商握手，握手失败则向应用程序报告错误。
