[J2ME] J2ME与JSP间session的保持

说明：J2ME访问JSP时，默认情况下JSP每次都要更新session，使得JSP中的session技术变得无效，所以在J2ME的MIDlet程序中要采取编程技巧解决此问题。源码中SessionServlet.java是一个服务器端的Servlet程序，接收J2ME的访问。SessionMIDlet.java中是保持session的手机端代码样例。
