说明：本人断断续续历时一年所编写的程序。 此程序是高速数据采集器的显控程序。 此采集器4通道同时采集时，每通道每秒可输出20M采样点。每个采样点16bits。最高可32通道同时采集。所有活动通道每秒总共输出采样点可达1048576点。 程序采用多线程编程。实现采集器的控制功能、实时存储功能、实时显示功能。 采用内存DC画图，图形无闪烁。采用大名鼎鼎的BtnST美化界面。 由于实时存储是主要功能，因此在实时存储时，每存一个文件显示一次波形和FFT的频谱。 出于对计算机资源的分配考虑，
