支持Delphi7/XE7 为控件增加应答方法。新增两个属性：ResponseDelay 应答延时、ResponseRetry 重试次数。 DisposeRpsData 首先应实现事件。在该事件中，通过发送和接收到的数据判断并处理应答信息，返回True表示接收数据为应答数据；返回False则表示接收数据不是有效数据，该数据将重新返回消息队列由 ReceiveData 方法处理。 ResponseComm 方法实现应答模式调用。它首先写数据到串口，等待串口的返回数据，如果超过应答延时，将重新写数据到串口，直到达到重试次数。如果串口有数据返回，调用 DisposeRpsData 事件，由该事件判断回答事件是否成功。 该方法将会堵塞进程-Support Delphi7/XE7 for the control to increase the response method.
