二星经纪人 每日发布3条
2、加入中介公司的经纪人
继承中介公司的权限，并且根据中介公司的权限来发布房源
例如：中介公司 每日发布1000条，则中介公司的下属经纪人每日总的发布房源为1000条，
每日月发布10000条 这个是按月来计算
固定发布数量10000条 按照固定数量来计算，发完了就不允许发布了，需要充值来实现
3、经纪人允许开设段铺
三、中介公司
1、中介总公司可以开分店（可以理解成小分类：例如CMS网站的一个栏目就代表一个总公司，该栏目下的小分类就代表分店，建立总公司的时候）
2、中介总公司发布权限功能（固定数量权限、每日发布数量权限、每月发布数量的权限）
3、中介总公司有店铺，分店也有店铺
