鋁和鋁合金的陽極氧化塗層
1.1 范围。这些说明包话六种类型和两种电流形成的铝胶片阳极电镀和非建筑物的铝合金的一些具体要求
1.2 分类:阳极氧化涂层的形式和分类的一些具体事项也在此说明(见6.2和6.21)
1.2.1 类型
TYPE I -含三价铬酸阳极电镀,常规胶片是从铬酸盐中提炼出来。
TYPE IB-含三价铬酸阳极电镀,低电压工序22±2V(见3.4.1)
TYPE IC - 非三价铬阳极电镀,用作一种转换TYPE I和IB涂层的非铬酸盐(见3.4.1和6.1.2)
TYPEII 硫磺酸阳极电镀。常规的涂层是从硫磺酸提炼出来的
TYPEIII 薄硫磺酸阳极电镀,用作一种非铬酸盐来转换TYPE I和IB涂层的。
TYPEIII - 坚硬的阳极氧化涂层处理。
