以Java为程序设计语言，运用强大的JDK工具包，在Eclipse3.2的平台上，以基因数据为研究对象，设计出一款基于人工神经网络数据挖掘的生物信息分析软件。根据基因数据结构，对基因序列的碱基进行编码变换；用户则根据自己的需求通过人机交互界面来自定义网络某些参数，将样本基因数据传入到神经网络当中，继而进行有限次迭代处理，不断调整分布处理单元的连接强度。最后将目标基因数据输入到已经锻炼好的网络中，来对目标基因的未知序列进行预测。运行结果：软件能够无误的运行，且能够较好的对基因序列进行预测。-A Java programming language, the use of powerful JDK toolkit in Eclipse3.2 platform to genetic data for the study, design an artificial neural network-based data mining bioinformatics analysis software. According to genetic data structure, the nucleotide sequences encoding conversion　users are according to their needs through the interactive interface to customize the network certain parameters, the sample passed to the neural network genetic data which in turn deal with finite iterations , constantly adjusting the connection strength distribution processing unit. Finally enter data into the target gene has a good workout in the network to the target gene sequence to predict unknown. The result: software to run correctly, and can better prediction of gene sequences.
