Initial data (65 megabyte .fits magnetograms) can be downloaded from http://hmi.stanford.edu/
- Model_test_PIL_Open.m scr ipt - calculates parameters of the example(simulated S-curve)
- SDO_PIL_Open.m scr ipt - identifies PIL on SDO magnetogram and calculates its parameters
- 5 functions are used within these scr ipts
