With the continuous development of computer science and technology, image processing and analysis gradually formed its own scientific system, the new approach after another, although its history is not long, but they have aroused people' s attention. First of all, the most important of human visual perception means, the visual image is the basis, therefore, digital image as psychology, physiology, computer science and many other scholars'　research within the field of visual perception and effective tool. Second, the image processing in the military, remote sensing, meteorological and other large applications in the growing demand.
