按键功能:
正常运行模式时:
LEFT :切换到设置模式
UP :无效
DOWN :无效
RIGHT :切换到交通管制状态
设置模式时:
LEFT :切换到正常运行模式
UP :对应设置项的设置值加1
DOWN :对应设置项的设置值减1
RIGHT :切换设置项(南/北直行时间、南/北左转时间、东/西直行时间、东/西左转时间、右转时间)
